- In writing: Write a letter or a letter.
- Electronically: Use e-mail or other electronic forms (e.g. ePUAP).
- Directly at the clinic or ward: Talk to head of the clinic or branchwhere you are being treated or have been treated. If you have any comments about nursing care, please report them ward nurse.
